Twenty or So Years Ago…
Nestled comfortably in the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding lakes region, Mary Roos went about her daily business. Her ten years in the industry made her a successful housing lender, a happily married wife and a mother of four. Building her career and raising a family, Mary Roos had love in her heart and the world at her fingertips.

Then something changed. Her industry lost its way. Buyers grew weary. Sellers got desperate and all those who had been there before seemed to be over their heads.

Present Day.
