Sellers

There are buyers out there. I will find them. And here’s how we’ll sell your house – together.

The Property Patriot Seller Solutions

Preparation

Stop hammering that ‘For Sale’ sign in your yard. You will get robbed (hypothetically).

The first thing that must happen is to analyze your home’s strengths and weaknesses. Every home has amenities that someone will want. And every home has flaws. By looking at every angle, we can accentuate the strengths and potentially fix the problems that would otherwise lower the value of your property.

Next, it’s time to analyze the market. By weighing the values of your house against similar homes, we can best access what the asking price of your house should be. Remember, integrity is my most prized possession. I will never uncut a property to sell it nor will I raise the price beyond what’s fair.

Light the Beacon

Your house has been evaluated and the price is set. Now it’s time to make it available. There are several ways to promote your house is for sale. My sidekick, Park Company, uses several tools to help get your house seen. From MLS listings to local print materials, Park Company goes to great lengths to get your space noticed. I further the fight by putting your house as one of my most wanted. I do everything in my power to set the bait and reel in buyers.

Show Yourself! (and let me help you)

Open houses are to real estate what test driving is to cars. It’s important to show your house to as many interested buyers as possible. What’s more important is the art of listening. In my years of training and experience, I’ve honed my skills at listening to constructive criticism from potential buyers. Maybe the price is too high, maybe an amenity isn’t as great a selling point as we may have thought or maybe everyone is thinking the price is too good to be true. At any rate, it’s important to take all that feedback, assess it and make your house as rewarding as possible for the buyer.

Gotcha!

We’ve done it. We found a buyer who is ready to sign. Now it’s time for me to go to work for you. Sit back and watch the process unfold as I negotiate. When I feel a sufficient agreement has been met, you have three choices, accept the offer, reject it or have me go back in with a counter attack…sorry I got carried away…counter offer.

Once you are satisfied with the offer, we can end this with one final step.

Case Closed

Once the last papers are signed, you will hand over your keys and get a check in return. The sale of your home is complete. Congratulations
