This is also a great time to learn about what’s going on in the world of real estate. I’m in the thick of it everyday, fighting for my seekers, sellers and first-timers. This meeting will let you know what’s currently available and how we can plan a course of action.

There’s been a media whirlwind about how bad the housing market is. That’s certainly not as true in this region for one very simple reason. Banks aren’t vigilantes looking for a quick buck. Local lenders will make sure you won’t stretch yourself to thin financially.
That’s why this is a crucial step two. Know what you’re up against and what you can afford up front.
And so it begins! The Home Search.
Using the Multi-List Service or MLS, we can view all of the available housing options and be able to pinpoint your perfect home. If you look to the left menu bar, you can begin to explore these MLS Case Files and do some planning on your own. With my help, we can get on the same page and get moving.
Why do I use the MLS? It’s simple. My most wanted may not be right for you. That’s why I keep a dossier on every home. If the right home for you is out there. I WILL find it. And once it’s found, it’s on to step four.
The Purchase Agreement
It’s time for you to sit this step out. It’s much too dangerous. And by dangerous, I mean a headache for less experienced home buyers. Inspections, paper work and necessary negotiation all take place here in this pivotal step.
After a little back and forth with the other agents and inspectors, we will make an agreement you are happy with. You are almost a home owner.
Closing
